A place to venture.

We welcome you to the studio at Flow & Co, where our deepest desire lies within our ability to create opportunity for change. To equip you with the tools to elevate, and to live your most vibrant, fulfilled life.

We begin by tapping into the body, challenging its’ edges and digging into its’ strength, its’ ability to adapt and change. Through the body, we begin to access the incredible strength of mind and heart, which is where the greatest change can happen. Where the seeds of change are sown. Where we grow beyond our wildest dreams.

Within this space we will work hard, we will sweat, we will listen and honour stillness. Finding the ebb and flow, and learning what it means to belong. Not just to this community of like-minded souls, but most importantly, what it means to belong to yourself. Welcome to FLOW & CO. Let the adventure begin.

Janelle - Teacher and Founder

Okangan grown, Janelle is the founder of Flow & Co. This venture began as a yearning to SPREAD a reverence for life and the personal empowerment that she has found through the gift of yoga. Helping more people find their own inner connection, which in turn helps fuel more love and connection back into the world.

Janelle is the forever student, continuously striving to learn and adapt her practise. Some of Janelle’s most appreciated teachers include Eoin Finn of Blissology Yoga and Pam Radar (Baptiste methodology), with books by Shiva Rea, Brene Browne, and traditional readings such as Light on Yoga helping to pave her way.

Louise - Teacher

Louise’s playful, physical practice, often inspired by Dr. Seuss and Winnie the Pooh, will invite you to explore and develop your inner strength. She believes the way we move on our mats becomes who we are off our mats. By embracing connection and challenge, we cultivate resilience and authenticity in our lives. Louise has over 40 years of teaching experience, with 15 of them leading yoga classes, and yet is still exploring her personal growth on the mat. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her cycling, enjoying snacks, and patting every dog she can find.

Joi - Teacher

‘Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet’ Thich Nhat Hanh once said…

Our connection to the earth is sacred, as is how we choose to walk upon it. In my class we build a strong foundation by grounding down into the earth and then find our mobility upon those pillars of strength. This building block is the root of my Vinyasa Flow Yoga as taught to me by my teacher Janet Stone. Come dance with me in a playful, expansive and lighthearted way, while lengthening and strengthening body mind and soul. I can’t wait to share with you at Flow & Co all of the knowledge and experience that I’ve accumulated through my 25+ year yoga journey.

Taylor - Teacher, Coach

For Taylor, time spent in the studio has become the key to fully living outside of it. The bends, folds and twists represent the ups, downs and many sideways of living our most wild and precious lives. Taylor leads with humour, curiosity and a belief that yoga doesn't teach us something new, it reveals to us what was there all along. In coming together on our mats, she seeks to answer one big beautiful question: who do you want to be off of it?

Nicole - Teacher

Nicole’s connection to movement and music is what sparked her love for yoga and frequency medicine. Utilizing sound frequencies alongside breath and movement has opened Nicole’s world to a radical unraveling of purpose and healing. Balancing energy, connecting to our inner being and taking loving care of our mind, body and soul is what brings Nicole back to yoga everyday.

“Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way.” - Einstein.
