Yoga involves physical movement and carries inherent risk

You are responsible for assessing your physical condition and practicing safely

You release Flow & Co and its instructors from any liability for injuries sustained during participation, except where prohibited by law

If you have health concerns, consult a medical professional before participating, and please let your teacher know if it may affect your ability, health or safety during the class.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, events, or services. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide applicable refunds or credits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, videos, and logos—is the property of Flow & Co and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for fraudulent or harmful purposes

Upload malicious software or harmful content

Harass, threaten, or interfere with other users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow & Co is not liable for:

1. Program Description
